Time: Who has it? 

Are you on the hamster wheel of life? 

I have been on that hamster wheel of life much longer than I would like to admit. It took me sitting down for coffee with a friend and her genuinely voicing her concern for how unhappy I looked. 

That conversation was the start of the journey to self-realization that things were not working in my life and things needed to change fast.
